FAQ

How Tratok Support works

Quick answers before you open a ticket.

How do I contact Tratok Support?

Open a support ticket. Create a free account here and choose Create Ticket, or, if you already use tratok.net, sign in there and use the Contact page. Both reach the same support team, and you can also email [email protected].

What can Tratok Support help with?

Anything to do with your Tratok account, bookings, payments and refunds, the TRAT token and your wallet. Describe the problem in your own words and add screenshots if they help.

What happens after I open a ticket?

You get a confirmation straight away from Tara, Tratok's AI assistant, in your language, and the ticket is assigned to a member of the support team. You are told by email when someone replies, and you can follow the whole conversation on your dashboard.

Can I write to support in my own language?

Yes. The support site and its emails are available in 16 languages, so write in the language you are most comfortable with.

Is Tratok Support free?

Yes. Opening a ticket and getting help is free for every Tratok member and partner.

How do I keep my account safe when I ask for help?

Never share your password, private keys or seed phrase in a ticket, by email or in chat. The support team never needs them to help you, so treat any request for them as a scam.
